How many people can you treat per hour at an event?
Throughput depends on your selected menu and staffing. With multiple RNs, we can treat groups in parallel and have supported 10 to 100+ guests in a day. We’ll propose staffing to meet your schedule.
How far in advance should we book large groups?
For groups over 20, we recommend contacting us 2–4 weeks in advance to secure staff and logistics. Rush bookings may be possible—call us.
What space/power do you need for a staffed iV lounge?
A quiet room or sectioned area with seating, access to outlets, and room for equipment tables. We adapt to venues—hotels, conference centers, private homes—and design a discreet, clean layout.
Can you staff multi-day conferences and weddings?
Yes. We routinely support multi-day events and can align schedules with arrivals, registration, and recovery windows.
Do you provide insurance/COIs and references?
Yes—COIs available upon request, and we’re happy to provide event-planner references from past events.
